@clongoram there is absolutely no problem of mixing carbs and proteins. This is just a myth! The only thing you get is extra calories..And about the milk the problem is that as you get older your body maybe can’t digest it very well otherwise even if it is uncommon you don’t have a problem either.

I tend to only have a can of soda at lunchtime, but the rest of the time I drink milk, orange juice or water.

Never mix carbs and protein. Its bad for your digestive system. Also stay away from dairy all together. We are not meant to drink milk all our lives!
