Fruit is eliminated if you want to lose weight? Is fruit calorie dense? Does it make you gain a lot of weight?
Fruit = sugar

What are whole grains foods ?
Definitely not the modernized version. So first our Milks and Breads have changed. If it’s skim milk they ADD sugar and water to replace what was removed. Even whole milk has lot’s of ADDED sugars. I never eat starchy foods. Never eat any rice. Never eat any breads. Checking for sugars and skipping bread will really cutout lots of sugars. for me it’s more meats more fresh veggies and fresh greens with a Balsamic Vinaigrette vegetable dressing. My choice is wish bone. Sadly most eat out restaurants don’t carry this. Usually I’ll just do without if not available. Baked salmon works great with very little impact on calories. I’ll switch to GRILLED chicken – NO skin. A GRILLED pork chop seasoned well or a GRILLED sirloin steakhouse fillet sliced well but cooked medium well. A really lean GRILLED hamburger steak works great with a green salad and something like cooked turnip greens or cabbage. Breakfast works with thicker sliced bacon five or six slices. With scrambled eggs. No orange juice!!!!! COFFEE IS BEST. For me ANY avoidable sugar is a plus. I stay away from yogurt. It’s full of sugars. You’re better to eat ice cream than yogurts. I started cutting out as much processed foods as possible. Because who knows what’s in them. ??? Bananas & oranges definitely out just leave them in the grocery store skipping the temptation !!!!!! Fresh apples, blueberries or any berries work. JUST ADD sugar free whipped cream. For a great health snack it’s nuts. Or seeds. Even A chocolate bar with 70% cocoa or more works for health improvements for prostrate problems two bars a week. Just my thoughts.
