Absolutely fantastic video! This is a great account of DKA. I do have a question, however. While I know from nursing school that polyphagia is one of the signs of DKA, typically my patients present with vomiting (often intractable!) instead. At what point does the patient go from excessive hunger to excessive vomiting? What is the pathophys behind that? Thanks MINT!
