    Madam, thanks for nice video..I was also a diabetic on insulin 28 units a day.I changed my doctor and went to pune for treatment where I was advised to stop all the dairy products which u r advising to take and was given diet 25%grains (only one grain at a time, not multi grain)+ 25%salad +25%daal +25% sabzi at lunch n dinner and in breakfast 50%salad+50% only daal based cooked food..instead of dairy milk, I could use almond milk and coconut milk.Madam, within 3 days I left insulin and now from last 1.5 months, I am taking oral medicines just 80 mg twice a day. My c-peptide came in the healthy range from 0.81(borderline) to 0.91 in just 1.5 months. I learnt that milk for adults is not healthy, it is necessary 4 infants only.
    For me, it’s the miracle. Madam, I just shared my experience honestly.. please forgive … thanks…

      jese curd milk or daal bhi to protein rich hoti haina
      please answer me
      mra bhai 5 saal se diabetic hai..or aaj tak usko sugar control karni nhi aati

    In continuation, I was also suggested to use khapli wheat, bansi wheat, millets, bajra, jau, jwar, brown or red rice for grains instead of today’s hybrid wheat..Anyone can search on net about these and use n experience the change. Also, I was given daily in the morning …1 litre of green smoothie made of green leafy veggies+minor greens like curry leaves, moringa powder,paan leaves,wheat grass powder+1 seasonal fruit+lemon+ cinnamon powder+ turmeric powder+ black pepper powder+ rock salt powder… This will trigger ur diabetes reversal. And type 2 diabetics will b free of medicines in just 6-7 days and insulin patients like me will be free insulin initially and within 3-4 months free from medicines also…Thanks for giving chance to share it…
