Hi Ryan, your videos are very helpful. I have visceral fat. I’m taking Fermented turmeric powder that has organic Maltodextrin in it. I know regular Maltodextrin spikes up insulin. I was just wondering if Organic Maltodextrin is safe? I tried google and I can’t get an answer. Thx
