Shaving with linear vacuum 0-650mmhg with 7500cpm and closed duty cycle (constellation) (although it is 50/50 at that cut rate.
For conformal and foldback delamination I use the parameters piblished by oshima

3 days preop anti vegf
And vitrectomy+antivegf at the end
