Excellent Video! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried – Taparton Sturdy Nerves Takeover (just google it)? It is a smashing exclusive product for Getting rid of Neuropathy without the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin at last got great success with it.

Nivia Harris those frozen vegan meals have lots of oils usually. That could be one contributing factor. Processed foods are what we want to avoid.

That’s why we have to be careful about using the term “vegan” when referring to diet. What the team at Mastering Diabetes is talking about is a whole unprocessed food plant based diet. Vegan can mean anything diet-wise…healthy, junky, and everything in between.

Type 2. I have been on this plan for 3 months now and neuropathy pain is decreasing!! Yay!! A1C is 6.6 after being 13 in December. Insulin reduced from 38 units/day to 6 !! Sometimes I don’t even carry around my blood glucose meter/ needles anymore!! Yay!!

Mastering Diabetes Hi Cyrus and Robby, you guys are wonderful!! Thanks for the encouragement. I do want to go all the way!! I am not taking any other diabetes medications other than once daily 6 units of long acting insulin – Basaglar. I have quit using fast acting Apidra insulin with meals. I have not had C-peptide levels checked. I suggested it to the Endo at our 1st appointment 2 months ago, but he wanted to hold off—don’t know why. He didn’t mention it at the 2nd appointment June 4. My biggest issues seem to be blood glucose numbers running higher in evenings and, as an entertainer, my tendency for late night eating being a night owl.

This is amazing Rhonda! We so glad to hear about your success! We want to help you see this all the way through to complete reversal. Are you taking any other diabetes meds? Have you had your c-peptide level tested? Let us know!

“My life has become alive with the variety of food that is out there!” haha! I love hearing that because I too have discovered the deliciousness of vegetables and fruits, something I used to hate. Now I feel amazing.

Congratulations to you David! My A1c is at 10 right now. And I’ve been doing everything to get it down. And I’m starting to have neuropathy in my feet and sometimes in my fingers. I really need help. How do i get started?

David, glad to hear this diet has had such a big impact on your conditions for the better. Can you give us all an update now after it’s been a year? I’m prediabetic and have painful idiopathic PN. I’m hoping a change in diet will help me too.

@Mastering Diabetes Any tips from the master’s would be much appreciated, specifically with peripheral neuropathy, I have not fully walked independently for the last 10 years so my thighs are very weak, especially for horizontal movements for anything below my chest, any tips or chips would be much appreciated! I am thinking about doing under water lunges!
